BanG Dream! YUME∞MITA released the preview for Episode 6, titled “Destiny.” It is slated to premiere on Thursday, July 23. Crunchyroll and Muse Asia are streaming the series. The upcoming episode is described as:
Apologizing, feeling depressed, thinking everything was ruined.
It’s still continuing. It’s not over yet.
Can they truly face each other once more?
The episode is directed by Miyata Takumi (Narenare: Cheer for You!) with the storyboard done by Kenta Sasaki (Rooster Fighter) and written by Midori Goto (BanG Dream! It’s MyGo!!!!!).
Mugendai Mewtype (Yumemita) members consist of five female VTubers: Nakamachi Arale (vocals), Miyanaga Nonoka (lead guitar), Minetsuki Ritsu (rhythm guitar), Fuji Miyako (keyboard), and Sengoku Yuno (DJ). This is also the only band among the 10 main bands in the franchise that doesn’t have a bassist or a drummer. NICHICALINE is animating the series with Osamu Nobusawa and Mochipuyo on character designs.
Muse Asia describes the series as:
“Waaaaaah!!” Thrown together out of the blue to make their debut, these members each have a spark of unique talent—but they are in absolutely no shape to actually be a band. Can these girls, and their band, really survive this!? “Even when the sound stops, fight back.”
