Netflix Releases the LEGO One Piece Special’s Visual and Trailer

The wait for more One Piece content is over. Netflix has released a trailer for the two-part LEGO ONE PIECE OVA. The streaming service giant will exclusively stream the OVA starting on September 29, 2026. LEGO One Piece special sees Usopp telling Tony Tony Chopper about the Straw Hat’s “journey across the East Blue into the Grand Line.”

Atomic Cartoons is producing the ONA alongside Shueisha and The LEGO Group.

Several of the live-action’s cast will reprise their roles for this OVA, they include:

  • Iñaki Godoy as Luffy
  • Emily Rudd as Nami
  • Mackenyu as Zoro
  • Jacob Romero as Usopp
  • Taz Skylar as Sanji
  • Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday/Nefertari Vivi
  • Mikaela Hoover as Tony Tony Chopper
  • Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha
  • Jeff Ward as Buggy the Clown
  • Callum Kerr as Captain Smoker

Netflix has also released information on the special’s production cast. Currently announced members include:

  • Oda (One Piece’s creator) — Executive Producer
  • Becky Clements (Tomorrow Studios) — Executive Producer
  • Jill Wilfret — Executive Producer

  • Marty Adelstein — Executive Producer
  • Taro Goto — Producer
  • Takuma Naito — Producer

LEGO began releasing One Piece-themed sets last year.

The LEGO One Piece sets includes affordable pieces like Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout ($29.99) and Buggy the Clown’s Circus Tent, which retails at $54.99. Other sets like Garp’s Marine Battleship and The Baratie Floating Restaurant retail for $179.99 and $329.99. The LEGO One Piece sets are meant for consumers over 8-years old. Earlier this year, McCormick released a One Piece spice kit. The kit features four different flavors.

Netflix will release One Piece: The Battle of Alabasta, next year. It’s the third season of the live-action series.
