Voting
Every poll has its own rules
Some polls ask you to choose one option. Others let you choose several or vote in more than one category. Check the poll page for its dates and the number of choices you can make.
You can vote as a guest when a poll allows it, but you will need to complete a security check. Some polls may require an anime corner account. If you sign in after voting as a guest, ballots from that browser are linked to your account and can appear in My Poll Insights. After they are linked, you will need to stay signed in to vote again from that browser.
Results
What the results mean
Once voting closes and the results are ready, we publish rankings based on valid ballots. A results page may include vote totals, percentages, rankings, and trends.
These are fan polls. They are not scientific surveys or objective measures of quality. They show what the people who took part in that poll preferred.
Our system
Built for the anime corner community
anime corner has run seasonal polls since Summer 2020. We built our own polling system after outgrowing third-party tools. This gives us more control over voting, results, abuse prevention, and improvements suggested by the community.
