Yano-kun no Futsu no Hibi Gets Anime Adaptation

Yano-kun no Futsu no Hibi (Mr. Yano’s Ordinary Days) is officially getting an anime adaptation. Further details like the staff and voice cast and staff will be revealed in future updates. The author Yui Tamura drew a special illustration to commemorate the announcement.

The Yano-kun no Futsu no Hibi manga began serialization on Kodansha’s Comic Days website in June 2021 and has released 8 volumes so far. Besides the upcoming anime, the series also has a live-action movie in development. It is set to premiere on November 15, 2024 in Japan. You can see the trailer for the movie below.

Regarding the anime adaptation, the manga’s creator Yui Tamura also left a comment:
“It’s going to be an anime! I’m so incredibly happy!! I’m filled with gratitude to all my readers. The wonderful director and production team, who understand the story and characters so well that even I, the author, am surprised, are handling everything with such care.
