The upcoming I Became a Legend After My 10 Year-Long Last Stand anime has revealed three additional cast members ahead of its July 2026 release. Studio GEKKOU is in charge of the animation, with Hiroyuki Kanbe as the director.

The newly announced roles include:

  • Wakana Maruoka as Arone, a receptionist at the Adventurers Guild
  • Yuki Terui as Ario, an F-rank adventurer and magician
  • Akari Miyazaki as Ginny, Ario’s younger sister and fellow adventurer

The cast also shared comments on their roles:

Wakana Maruoka: “I’ve always admired the line, ‘Leave this to me and GO!’ and wanted to say it at least once (lol). Arone, whom I am voicing, works to see off such brave adventurers. I will watch over them with Arone until everyone returns safely from their adventures! To everyone watching, please make sure you are well-prepared for the adventure now!”

Yuki Terui: “I’m Yuki Terui, and I will be playing Ario. Ario is an F-rank adventurer who travels with his sister Ginny and excels at using Fireball! Throughout the story, he takes on quests with Luck and gets dragged into various troubles. His straightforward nature and his growth as an adventurer are what make him such an appealing character! Please look forward to the broadcast!!”

Akari Miyazaki: “I’m Akari Miyazaki, and I will be playing Ginny! Ginny is a rookie adventurer traveling with her brother Ario. She is an earnest, hard worker, and the way she honestly expresses her joy and surprise is just so cute…! One of the charms of ‘Koko Ore’ is the heartwarming story where the heroic adults (the cool older guys are the best!), starting with Luck, raise, watch over, and guide the youth. Just like the atmosphere of the work, everyone at the recording studio is so warm and I love it! Please look forward to the broadcast!!”

Now he has to tackle the dilemma of how to occupy himself in a world where he holds a myriad of roles: that of a legend, that of a veteran, and that of a brand new face.
