Hana-Kimi Season 2 unveiled a new key visual along with preview images for the upcoming Episode 1. The sequel is slated to premiere on July 1.
The website of the anime describes the first episode of the second season as:
The school festival has ended, and the usual daily life has returned to Osaka Academy. Mizuki was happy to see that Sano was doing well in his high jump and was smiling more. On the other hand, Nakatsu, who does not know that Mizuki is a woman, is confused by his inability to suppress his crush on Mizuki, and even at a soccer practice match, he gets distracted by Mizuki who is cheering for him and makes a mistake. Meanwhile, a girl from another school confesses to Nakatsu?!
Signal.MD returns to animate the second season and the voice cast consists of:

The anime is based on a manga by Hisaya Nakajo. It was serialized in Japan in Hakusensha’s semi-monthly shojo manga magazine Hana to Yume. VIZ Media publishes the manga in English:
