Rose is a reclusive witch who lives alone on an island in the middle of a lake, making special potions for those who seek her help. One day, Harij, an elite knight of the royal guard and the man she secretly loves, visits with a painful request: he wants her to make him a love potion. Unable to refuse him, Rose agrees, quietly hoping that the time they spend together before the potion is finished will let her remain close to him just a little longer.
