NIPPON SANGOKU revealed the preview images and synopsis for Episode 11, which is set to premiere on Sunday, June 14. Studio Kafka is in charge of the animation. The anime is co-produced with Amazon MGM Studios and is currently streaming weekly on Prime Video.

Aoteru finally reunites with Taira, but Taira’s eyes are fixed on something else entirely. “I wish to receive from His Majesty an imperial decree ordering our withdrawal.” Aoteru reveals the true intent behind his proposal to withdraw, yet Taira remains opposed. In the end, the decision is left to the Emperor.

NIPPON SANGOKU (meaning “Japan: Three Kingdoms”) is a manga series by Ikka Matsuki, who serves as both writer and artist. The series started publication in November 2021 through Shogakukan’s Ura Sunday platform and the MangaONE app. The official introduction:
